From Monday to Saturday, generally from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, your daily routine encompasses multiple practice sessions, practical and theory classes, and open time for self-study and practice teaching with fellow trainees. We provide you with clean, comfortable, and safe accommodations located close to the yoga shalas. Rooms are either shared between two trainees or private, depending on your preference. What You Will Eat

We provide three healthy, energy-boosting vegetarian (vegan-friendly) meals per day, from Monday to Saturday. Our kitchen staff prides themselves on their selection of local, fresh, and seasonally-appropriate ingredients. We aim to give you all the energy you need for this intensive time. Let us nourish your soul and fill your body with prana-supporting meals! Sunday is a holiday for staff and students.
